Top Ballista is a "Creature Crucible" supplement and campaign setting that describes Serraine, the city of the skygnomes - which fly magical biplanes.[1] The supplement includes rules for player characters for races such as skygnomes, gremlins, pegataurs, and harpies, and also includes new air-combat rules.[1]
PC2 Top Ballista was written by Carl Sargent and published by TSR in 1989 as two 32-page booklets with an outer folder.[1]
